Project Overview

Orama Solutions will design and configure a professional two-page Wix website for Siby Health Store. The website will provide a clear introduction to the business and a functional online store where customers can browse products, make purchases, and complete secure online payments.

The website will be built and hosted through Wix using a Wix Premium subscription and a custom domain purchased for Siby Health Store.

Website Pages

1. Landing Page

The landing page will introduce Siby Health Store and guide visitors toward the online shopping experience. The page may include:

• Business name, logo, and brand messaging

• Hero banner and primary call to action

• Overview of Siby Health Store

• Featured products or product categories

• Benefits, services, or key selling points

• Contact information

• Links to the e-commerce store

• Mobile-responsive design
  

2. Wix E-Commerce Store

The e-commerce page will be designed and configured using Wix’s online store platform. The store may include:

• Product catalog and product categories

• Product images, descriptions, and pricing

• Shopping cart functionality

• Secure checkout

• Shipping and delivery settings

• Tax settings, as applicable

• Order management configuration

• Customer confirmation emails

• Mobile-friendly store design

• Payment-processing integration
  

Digital Services Included

Orama Solutions will provide the following digital services:

• Wix website setup and configuration

• Two-page website design

• Landing page design

• Wix e-commerce store design

• Mobile and desktop responsive formatting

• Website navigation setup

• Product-category organization

• Shopping-cart and checkout configuration

• Stripe, Wix Payments, or another compatible payment-processing setup

• Basic shipping and tax-setting assistance

• Domain connection assistance

• Wix Premium subscription setup assistance

• Basic search-engine optimization settings

• Contact and business-information integration

• Testing of website links, navigation, cart, and checkout

• Up to 10 hours of digital design work for the e-commerce portion of the website

• Product-management training video upon request
  

Payment Processing

Orama Solutions will assist with setting up an available Wix-compatible payment-processing option. This may include:

• Wix Payments

• Stripe

• Another payment processor supported by Wix and available for the customer’s business location

The customer is responsible for creating and maintaining the applicable merchant account, providing all requested business and banking information, completing identity verification, and accepting the payment processor’s terms and transaction fees.

Approval of any payment-processing account is determined solely by Wix, Stripe, or the selected third-party payment provider and cannot be guaranteed by Orama Solutions.

Product Training

Upon request, Orama Solutions will provide a training video demonstrating the necessary steps for the customer to add and manage products within the Wix e-commerce backend.

The training may include:

• Adding a new product

• Uploading product images

• Entering product descriptions

• Setting prices

• Creating product categories

• Managing inventory

• Updating existing products

• Reviewing and managing orders
  

Domain, Hosting, and Wix Subscription

The Siby Health Store website will be hosted through Wix.

The customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for:

• The website domain

• Wix hosting

• The selected Wix Premium or Business subscription

• Applicable Wix applications or third-party integrations

• Payment-processing and transaction fees

All domain and subscription costs will be paid directly to Wix by the customer using the customer’s credit card.

Orama Solutions may assist with the setup and connection process but will not be responsible for ongoing subscription payments, renewals, expired services, or changes to Wix pricing.

Project Investment

The total upfront cost for the scope of work described in this proposal is:

$2,500

Payment must be made in full to Orama Solutions before design and development work begins.

Included Design Time

The project fee includes up to 10 hours of digital design work specifically allocated to the e-commerce portion of the website.

Orama Solutions will notify the customer before performing work that is expected to exceed the included design time.

Additional Work

Any work requested outside the scope of this proposal or beyond the included 10 hours of e-commerce design time will be billed at:

$150 per hour

No additional billable work will be performed without first notifying & receiving approval from the customer.

Additional work may include:

• Additional website pages

• Extensive design revisions

• Additional product entry or product migration

• Custom coding

• Advanced integrations

• Copywriting

• Logo or brand-identity design

• Professional photography or image editing

• Email-marketing setup

• Membership or subscription functionality

• Appointment-booking systems

• Ongoing website maintenance

• Search-engine optimization campaigns

• Additional training or consulting
  

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide all materials and information necessary to complete the website, including:

• Final business name and contact information

• Logo and brand assets

• Product names

• Product descriptions

• Product pricing

• Product images

• Shipping information

• Return and refund policies

• Privacy policy and terms of service

• Tax-related information

• Payment-processing information

• Timely feedback and approvals

• Access to the customer’s Wix account, where necessary

The customer is responsible for confirming that all product claims, health-related statements, policies, images, and website content comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included provided they fall within the agreed project scope and available design time.

Requests that introduce new features, new pages, substantial redesigns, or work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work and billed at the hourly rate stated above.

Project Completion

The project will be considered complete when:

• The two agreed website pages have been designed

• The Wix e-commerce platform has been configured

• The selected payment-processing option has been connected or prepared for customer verification

• The website has been reviewed and approved by the customer

• The website is ready to publish or has been published with the customer’s approval

Delays in receiving customer content, account access, payment-provider approval, feedback, or required subscriptions may affect the completion schedule.

Acceptance

By approving this proposal and submitting the $2,500 project payment, the customer confirms acceptance of the scope, pricing, responsibilities, and additional-work terms described above.
