Service Authorization Terms
1. Services Provided
Orama Solutions Inc. will provide digital design, web design, development, and related creative services as agreed upon in the project proposal. These services may include, but are not limited to:

Custom digital design

Website design and development
-
Graphic design and branding assets
-
Canva template and marketing material design
-
Wix website setup and customization
-
Social media graphics and digital content
-
Content integration
-
Basic SEO setup
-
Responsive design implementation
-
Any additional features or services agreed upon in writing
Additional services, revisions, platform changes, content updates, or work beyond the originally agreed scope may result in additional charges.
The Client acknowledges that certain services may require the use of third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, plugins, applications, or subscription services, including but not limited to Canva, Wix, Google services, social media platforms, domain registrars, hosting companies, and other digital tools (“Third-Party Platforms”).
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Client is solely responsible for:

maintaining active subscriptions or accounts required for such Third-Party Platforms,
-
payment of any associated platform, licensing, hosting, or subscription fees,
-
compliance with the terms and policies of those Third-Party Platforms.
2. Payment & Fees
A non-refundable payment is required before work begins. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the
agreed-upon payment schedule & terms.
Failure to make timely payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide all necessary materials (e.g., content, images, branding assets, logins) in a timely manner.
Delays in providing these materials may extend project timelines.
The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before final launch.
4. Revisions & Approvals
The Client is entitled to a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
Additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to extra fees.
If no feedback is provided within 7 days of a revision request, the design will be considered approved.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client will own the final website design and content.
Orama Solutions Inc. retains the right to use the project in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
Third-party software, stock images, fonts, or plugins used in the project may be subject to their own licensing agreements, which the Client must adhere to.
6. Website Maintenance & Support
Unless specified in the project agreement, ongoing maintenance and updates are not included in the initial service.
The Client is responsible for future design and website maintenance, content updates, and technical support.
Maintenance plans may be available at an additional cost.
7. Liability & Warranties
Orama Solutions Inc. is not responsible for any damages, data loss, revenue loss, interruption of business, platform outages, account suspensions, or downtime occurring during or after project completion.
While the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver functional digital design services at the time of delivery, Orama Solutions Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, performance, or continued operation of any Third-Party Platform, including but not limited to Canva, Wix, hosting providers, plugins, integrations, payment processors, domain services, or social media platforms.
The Client acknowledges that Third-Party Platforms are independently operated and may:

experience outages or service interruptions,

modify features or functionality,
-
change pricing or subscription requirements,
-
suspend or terminate accounts,
-
impose technical limitations,
-
discontinue services without notice.
Orama Solutions Inc. shall not be held liable for any delays, errors, data loss, downtime, design limitations, or damages caused directly or indirectly by any Third-Party Platform or external service provider.
The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results, including but not limited to increased traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, or sales.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orama Solutions Inc.’s total liability arising from any claim related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services provided under the applicable project agreement.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Either party may cancel the project before completion with written notice.
If the Client cancels the project after work has started, the Client is responsible for payment for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
9. Project Timelines
Estimated project completion timelines are provided as a guideline and may be affected by Client delays, revision requests, or unforeseen circumstances.
Orama Solutions Inc. is not liable for project delays due to Client inaction, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.
10. Hosting & Domain Management
The Client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own hosting and domain unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Orama Solutions Inc. is not liable for issues related to hosting providers, domain services, or third-party server errors.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with Orama Solutions Inc.'s digital design services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
12. Third Party Platform & Digital Services
The Client understands and agrees that Orama Solutions Inc. may utilize third-party software, platforms, templates, integrations, artificial intelligence tools, hosting services, and applications in the course of providing digital design services.
Orama Solutions Inc. does not own or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, performance, pricing, policy changes, outages, or continued operation.
The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of third-party platforms selected or approved by the Client.
