Client Responsibilities

• Client is responsible for all Wix related fees including, but not limited to:

  • Wix Premium Subscription

  • Domain Registration/Renewal

  • Business or E-Commerce Plan Upgrades

  • Third-party app/plugin fees (if applicable)

• Client will provide all necessary branding assets, written content, images, product information, and social media account access required for website completion.

• Delays in receiving requested content or approvals may affect the overall project timeline and launch date.

• Any additional revisions, pages, or features outside the agreed scope may require additional billing.

• Future e-commerce expansion will be quoted separately based on platform needs, product inventory, and required functionality.

• Website timeline will be dependent on timely client communication and delivery of required assets/content.
