WORK AGREEMENT Between Orama Solutions Inc. and NJDinerJourney

This agreement outlines the terms of collaboration and sponsorship between Orama Solutions Inc. and NJDinerJourney, represented by Jon & Karri Ricklin along with their daughter, Pam Ricklin.

Scope of Collaboration:

• Orama will design, build, host, and maintain a custom website representing NJDinerJourney, promoting their brand and content at no cost. The domain & site will be owned by Orama Solutions.

• Orama Solutions Inc. will serve as the diner website + menu design sponsor & collaborator for NJDinerJourney (Jon & Karri Ricklin).

• Pam Ricklin (daughter) will be granted Wix Website Admin access to the website for collaborative management.

• NJDinerJourney will add OramaMenus (IG Page) as a collaborator on future posts to help cross-promote menus & local diners.

• Any website inquiries will be shared with Jon, Karri & Pam Ricklin.

  
  

Instagram Support:

• NJDinerJourney agrees to embed their Instagram account to the Wix site designed and hosted by Orama Solutions. This will be used solely for:

  • Promoting the live Instagram feed on the website and creating more engagement through multiple media means (Social + Website).

• If needed, Orama can assist in creating content on the NJDinerJourney Instagram account, with all content subject to approval by Jon, Karri, or Pam Ricklin and posted by NJDinerJourney.

• Orama Solutions shall not have access to their IG account unless granted by owners for the purpose to continue post the content approved by Jon, Karry & Pam.

• Full ownership and control of the NJDinerJourney Instagram page will remain with Jon & Karri Ricklin, supported by their daughter, Pam Ricklin.

Mutual Goals:

Both parties agree to cross-promote and work collaboratively to support and uplift local diners in the NJ area through engaging content and digital presence.
